Wir suchen einen Leiter Bau (m/w/d).

Ihre Aufgaben:

Planung, Organisation und Koordination von Bauprojekten und baulichen Maßnahmen

Bauleitung sowie Koordination und Kontrolle der ordnungsgemäßen Ausführung von Bauarbeiten

Planung von Instandhaltungs- und Sanierungsmaßnahmen an Bauwerken

Erstellung und Überwachung von Projekt-, Termin- und Kostenplanungen

Durchführung von Kostenkontrollen und Prüfung von Bauabrechnungen

Erstellung und Prüfung von Ausschreibungs- und Vertragsunterlagen

Einholung und Auswertung von Angeboten sowie Vergabe und Koordination von Aufträgen

Abstimmung mit Auftragnehmern, Architekten und Baubehörden

Prüfung eingehender Pläne und Anfertigung von Zeichnungen

Überwachung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben sowie Bau- und Sicherheitsvorschriften

Persönliche Anforderungen:

Erfahrungen in der Termin-, Qualitäts- und Kostenüberwachung

Kenntnisse im Vertrags- und Baurecht

Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und CAD-Programmen

Erfahrung in der Planung, Organisation und Koordination von Bauvorhaben

Kosten- und Qualitätsbewusstsein

Führungskomeptenz

Selbständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise

Arbeitszeit kann Vollzeit oder aber auch in Teilzeit (30 - 40 Wochenstunden) erfolgen.
