### Deine Aufgaben:

  • Steuerung der Arbeitsabläufe und Verteilung der Aufgaben im Team
  • Fachliche Führung und Betreuung der Mitarbeitenden und Auszubildenden
  • Weiterentwicklung und ansprechende Gestaltung der Frischetheke
  • Warenbestellung, Qualitätskontrolle und fachgerechte Lagerung
  • Zuschneiden, Veredeln und Präsentieren von Fleisch- und Wurstwaren
  • Sicherstellung der Hygiene- und Sicherheitsvorschriften

### Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fleischer oder Metzger (m/w/d)
  • Erste Führungserfahrung, beispielsweise als stellvertretender Abteilungsleiter (m/w/d)
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse auf mindestens C1-Niveau
  • Kenntnisse der gesetzlichen Hygienevorschriften
  • Weiterbildung zum Fleischermeister (m/w/d) von Vorteil
