  • Wir suchen einen Leiter des Vertriebs(m/w/d).
  • Du leitest, motivierst und entwickelst das Vertriebsteam zielgerichtet weiter und schaffst ein leistungsorientiertes Umfeld.
  • Du überwachst relevante Vertriebskennzahlen, analysierst die Performance und leitest daraus strategische sowie operative Maßnahmen ab.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit angrenzenden Fachbereichen zusammen, um Marketing- und Vertriebsaktivitäten optimal aufeinander abzustimmen.

  • Teamführung- und Entwicklung
  • KPI- und Kennzahlencontrolling
  • Strategieentwicklung
  • Cross-Funktionale Zusammenarbeit
  • Erforderliche Kenntnisse:
  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im Vertrieb sowie fundiertes Know-how in der Entwicklung von Vertriebs- und Marketingkonzepten
  • Starke analytische Fähigkeiten im Umgang mit Vertriebskennzahlen (KPIs) und CRM-Systemen
  • Empathische Führungspersönlichkeit mit hoher Durchsetzungs- und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Erforderliche Berufsausbildung:
  • Kfm. Ausbildung, Studium oder Berufserfahrung als Vertriebsleiter
