## Aufgaben

🔹 Führung und Weiterentwicklung der Elektrotechnik-Abteilung

🔹 Entwicklung, Planung und Umsetzung von Steuerungssystemen, Antriebskomponenten und Schaltschrankbau

🔹 Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von Hard- und Softwarelösungen für unsere Anlagen

🔹 Koordination und Überwachung der Inbetriebnahme – sowohl im Werk als auch weltweit beim Kunden

🔹 Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partnern und Subunternehmen

🔹 Sicherstellung eines effizienten Hotline-Supports für unsere Kunden

🔹 Qualitätssicherung und Überprüfung der technischen Umsetzung im Team

🔹 Unterstützung unserer Kunden vor Ort bei Bedarf

## Profil

✔ Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

✔ Mehrjährige Berufs- und Führungserfahrung in der Elektrotechnik/Automatisierung

✔ Fundierte Kenntnisse in EPLAN P8 für die Schaltschrankplanung

✔ Erfahrung in der SPS-Programmierung (Siemens TIA-Portal, Step7, Safety)

✔ Kenntnisse in der HMI-Programmierung und Robotersteuerung (Beckhoff)

✔ Vertraut mit relevanten Normen & Vorschriften

✔ Erfahrung in der Projektabwicklung und Koordination

✔ Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse für die Arbeit im internationalen Umfeld

✔ Reisebereitschaft für weltweite Kundenbesuche
