  • Als Leiter/in Bereich Fernmelde- und Kommunikationstechnik (m/w/d)bist du verantwortlich für:

  • Gesamtverantwortung für die fachliche Führung sowie die disziplinarische Steuerung eines siebenköpfigen Teams
  • -
  • Aktive Gestaltung des Teamaufbaus mit Fokus auf Motivation, Leistungsfähigkeit und nachhaltige Personalentwicklung
  • -
  • Stärkung des bereichsübergreifenden Austauschs, der Zusammenarbeit und einer offenen, respektvollen Arbeitsatmosphäre
  • -
  • Definition transparenter Zuständigkeiten sowie Gestaltung strukturierter, wirkungsvoller Abläufe und Prozesse
  • Das bringst du mit:
  • -
  • Gewährleistung eines zuverlässigen und störungsfreien Betriebs sämtlicher Kommunikations- und Sicherheitssysteme
  • -
  • Verantwortung für IP-Telefonie, a/b-Gateways, Sprechstellen, Lautsprecherlösungen sowie mobile Kommunikationssysteme
  • -
  • Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung von Gefahrenmelde-, Lichtruf- und Schwesternrufanlagen
  • -
  • Betreuung von Zutrittskontroll- und elektroakustischen Lautsprecheranlagen (ELA)
  • -
  • Planung, Steuerung und kontinuierliche Optimierung von Investitions- und Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen
  • -
  • Koordination externer Dienstleister sowie Etablierung einheitlicher Standards für Betriebssicherheit, Monitoring und technische Dokumentation
