### Aufgaben

  • Leitung und Organisation der Abteilung Rechnungswesen, Finanzen und Controlling
  • Erstellung von Reportings, Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB und diversen Meldungen
  • Steuerung der Liquiditätsplanung und des Zahlungsverkehrs
  • Verantwortung für Kostenrechnung und Projektcontrolling
  • Ansprechpartner für Wirtschaftsprüfer, Steuerberater, Banken und Versicherungen
  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Teams

### Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen / Controlling oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Rechnungswesen, vorzugsweise in der Immobilien- oder Bauwirtschaft
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im HGB und Steuerrecht
  • Führungserfahrung, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamfähigkeit
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und Eigeninitiative
