  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Teams - Entwicklung, Motivation und Förderung
  • Einführung und kontinuierliche Optimierung SAP-gestützter Logistikprozesse (MM/EWM)
  • Treiber der digitalen Transformation: vollständige Digitalisierung des Wareneingangs- und Lagerprozesse mit unserem erfahrenen Operations-Team
  • Strategische Gesamtorganisation von Wareneingang & Lager
  • Eigenverantwortliche Umsetzung von Projektpaketen im Rahmen unseres Projektes Logistik 2030+
  • Logistische Abstimmung mit unserem Tochterunternehmen sowie innerhalb unserer TSA-City
  • Implementierung von Lean-Prinzipien inkl. 5S-Methode zur nachhaltigen Effizienzsteigerung
  • Aufbau und Betrieb eines KPI-Systems sowie Einführung von Shopfloor-Management
  • Sicherstellung eines lückenlosen Lagermanagements, Bestandsmanagements, hoher Datenqualität und Inventurmanagement
  • Ihr Anforderungsprofil:
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder logistische Lehre (z.B. Betriebslogistik)
  • Einschlägige Erfahrung in der Lagerlogistik, idealerweise im Industrieumfeld
  • Fundierte SAP-Kenntnisse (Module MM / (E)WM)
  • Ausgeprägte Kompetenz in Digitalisierung, Automatisierung und Prozessoptimierung
  • Praxiserprobte Erfahrung mit Lean-Management-Prinzipien und der 5S-Methode
  • Sicherer Umgang mit KPI's, Shopfloor-Management und Analysemethoden
  • Nachgewiesene Führungsstärke und Erfahrung in der Begleitung von Veränderungsprozessen
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen, Hands-on-Mentalität und hohe Eigeninitiative

Wir bieten einen Monatsbruttolohn ab € 4820, - (38,5 Std./ Woche | angestellt nach KV für Elektro- und Elektronikindustrie) sowie die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung, abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung.
