• What you?ll do
• •Lead the local Material Planning and Inbound Plant Logistics team
• •Ensure the availability of materials and production orders at the production lines
• •Manageme BOM Master Data in collaboration with Quality and R&D
• •Manage plant related material master data
• •Ensure adherence to production plan and the timely execution of production orders
• •Act as the Lead with Supply Planning Central Team to ensure synchronization between SC and internal logistics processes
• •Manage warehouse and internal logistics operations, including forklift management and material handling processes
• •Spend 50% of the time unblocking and improving eventual process inefficiencies.

• •Create and implement the leanest value stream for material flow within the plant
• •Ability to set goals and metrics for all aspects of systems and processes related to materials flow and production fulfillment
• •Be accountable and follow up on operating budgets for labour and capital expenditures
• •Strong process knowledge of SAP production (MP), materials management (MM), warehouse management (WM) and planning systems
• •Proven leadership experience in Logistics / Supply chain etc.
