Über die Stelle

Für unser Dispositions- und Transportteam bei der SENN Logistik GmbH in Erl suchen wir eine/n Transport Manager / Disponent (m/w/d). In dieser Position planst und steuerst du die täglichen Transporte im Raum DACH, Italien und Benelux. Dein Verantwortungsbereich reicht von der Tourenplanung über die Frachtraumbeschaffung bis hin zur wirtschaftlichen Optimierung von Auslastung und Transportkosten.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Tägliche Touren- und Einsatzplanung für den Eigenfuhrpark sowie externe Frachtführer.
  • Disposition und Abwicklung von Transportaufträgen im DACH-Raum sowie im Verkehr mit Italien und den Benelux-Ländern.
  • Frachtraumbeschaffung über Frachtenbörsen und das bestehende Partnernetzwerk.
  • Auswahl, Verhandlung und Steuerung von Frachtführern und Subunternehmern.
  • Preiskalkulation, Angebotserstellung sowie laufende Optimierung von Auslastung und Transportkosten.
  • Laufende Kommunikation mit Fahrern, Kunden und Transportpartnern.
  • Überwachung der Laufzeiten und Sicherstellung einer hohen Flottenauslastung.

Dein Profil

  • Erfahrung in der Disposition, Spedition oder Transportlogistik von Vorteil - motivierte Quereinsteiger sind ebenfalls willkommen.
  • Organisationstalent und Freude an einem abwechslungsreichen und dynamischen Tagesgeschäft.
  • Ausgeprägtes Kosten- und Servicebewusstsein sowie Verhandlungsgeschick.
  • Gute EDV-Kenntnisse.
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Teamgeist.
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; Italienisch-, Niederländisch- oder weitere Fremdsprachen sind von Vorteil.
