  • Unser Risk Management Team identifiziert Unternehmensrisiken, bewertet Szenarien und schlägt Strategien vor.

Dein Job:

  • Mitarbeit an der Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung des Risikomanagementsystems
  • Unterstützung im operationellen Risikomanagement sowie im Business Continuity Management mit Fokus auf der digitalen operationalen Resilienz
  • Mitgestaltung beim internen Kontrollsystem und Pflege von Risiken und Kontrollen im GRC-Tool
  • Erstellung von Analysen, Berichten und Präsentationen
  • Mitwirkung an internen Richtlinien Beobachtung regulatorischer Vorgaben und Standards (bspw. ISO 31000, COSO und DORA)

Was du mitbringst:

  • Fortgeschrittenes Studium (bspw. Risikomanagement, Wirtschaft o.ä.)
  • Erste Praktika oder relevante Berufserfahrung wünschenswert
  • Interesse für die Finanzdienstleistungsbranche, ihre Produkte und Prozessabläufe
  • IT-Affinität und technisches Verständnis Ausgeprägte
  • analytische Fähigkeiten und Freude an konzeptioneller Arbeit
  • Neben Deutsch sprichst du Englisch, vielleicht auch eine osteuropäische Sprache
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und Erfahrung im Einsatz von KI-Tools

Das monatliche Gehalt für diese Position beträgt in Vollzeit EUR 2.650,47 brutto pro Monat (14x) lt. KV-Einstufung, mit der Bereitschaft zu Überzahlung je nach Qualifikation und beruflicher Erfahrung.
