P r o j e k t l e i t e r *i n - für den Bereich Wärme-, Kälte-, Schall- und Branddämmung

Aufgaben:

  • ¿ Projektabwicklung (Materialbeschaffung, Aufmaßerstellung, Abrechnung, ...)
  • ¿ Projektüberwachung inkl. Arbeitseinteilung
  • ¿ Eigenständiges Abwickeln und Koordinieren von Projekten
  • ¿ Überwachung der Termin-, Kosten- und Qualitätsziele
  • ¿ Ansprechpartner*in und Schnittstelle zum Kunden
  • ¿ Mitarbeiter*innenführung im Projektteam
  • ¿ Trouble-Shooting
  • ¿ Verantwortung für den kaufmännischen und technischen Gesamterfolg der Projekte

Anforderung:

  • ¿ technische Ausbildung (z.B. HKLS): Werkmeister/in, FH-, HTL- oder Fachschul- Absolvent/in
  • ¿ EDV-Kenntnisse erforderlich
  • ¿ Reisebereitschaft
  • ¿ Führerschein B unbedingt erforderlich
  • ¿ Flexibilität und Überstundenbereitschaft
  • ¿ Verhandlungsgeschick
  • ¿ Professionelles Auftreten
  • Wir bieten:
