  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in ähnlicher Funktion, bevorzugt in einem Unternehmen im produzierenden Umfeld
  • Erfahrung im Recruiting und in der Begleitung von Auswahlprozessen sowie Kenntnisse im österreichischen Arbeitsrecht
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und ein souveränes, verbindliches Auftreten
  • Eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit Blick für Prozesse
  • Was erwarten wir?
  • Steuerung des kompletten Recruiting-Zyklus - von der Positionsdefinition über das Bewerbermanagement bis zum Vertragsabschluss
  • Aufbau und laufende Optimierung wirksamer Sourcing- und Recruiting-Ansätze
  • Konzeption und Umsetzung von Einarbeitungsprogrammen sowie Unterstützung bei Trainings und Austrittsprozessen
  • Erste Anlaufstelle für Führungskräfte bei personalrechtlichen und organisatorischen Fragestellungen
  • Begleitung der Mitarbeiter*innen über den gesamten Beschäftigungszyklus hinweg
  • Mitarbeit an Initiativen im Bereich Employer Branding und Personalmarketing sowie Weiterentwicklung der HR-Prozesse

  • Für diese Position ist ein Bruttomonatsgehalt von mindestens EUR 3 900,00 vorgesehen. Abhängig von Ihren Qualifikationen und Erfahrungen ist eine Überzahlung möglich.
