  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Unterstützung und Assistenz des CHRO im operativen Tagesgeschäft
  • Abwicklung und Mitarbeit an nationalen sowie internationalen HR-Projekten
  • Betreuung von Personaldienstleistern und Lieferanten
  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Employer-Branding-Maßnahmen und Mitarbeiter-Benefits
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betriebsrat sowie laufende Betreuung bestehender und neuer Betriebsvereinbarungen
  • Analyse und Aufbereitung von Daten sowie Auswertungen und Reports (Personalcontrolling, Statistiken, KPI's)
  • Unsere Anforderungen
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (Lehre, HAS / HAK, etc.) oder abgeschlossenes Studium
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Human Resources
  • Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht
  • Entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse (insbesondere: gute Excel-Kenntnisse)
  • Strukturierte, genaue und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie analytische Fähigkeiten
  • Kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Diskretion
