Die Agrargesellschaft Langenreichenbach mbH ist ein moderner und zukunftsorientierter Landwirtschaftsbetrieb in Nordsachsen (1200 ha LF, Milchkühe, Mastbullen, Biogas) und sucht zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt für unser motiviertes Team eine engagierte Führungspersönlichkeit.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Strategische und operative Planung des gesamten Pflanzenbaus
  • Bestandsführung der landwirtschaftlichen Nutzfläche (Saatgut, Düngung, Pflanzenschutz sowie Einhaltung agronomischer Termine)
  • Leitung, Motivation und Einteilung der Mitarbeiter
  • Gesetzeskonforme Dokumentation aller Maßnahmen z.B. Ackerschlagkartei

Unsere Anforderungen:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Fach- oder Hochschulstudium im Bereich Landwirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Meisterausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in leitender Funktion eines produzierenden Agrarunternehmens
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im aktuellen Düngemittel- und Pflanzenschutzrecht
  • Gültiger Sachkundenachweis Pflanzenschutz sowie Führerschein der Klasse B (T von Vorteil)
  • Führungskompetenz, Zuverlässigkeit, Teamfähigkeit, vorausschauendes und selbstständiges Arbeiten, Organisationsfähigkeit
