Deine spannenden Aufgaben:

  • Fachliche Führung von rund 3-10 Mitarbeitern (w/m/d) sowie deren gezielte Förderung und Weiterentwicklung
  • Planung und Steuerung aller Arbeitsabläufe in Deiner Abteilung
  • Fachliche Kompetenz rund um einen Verkaufsbereich
  • Serviceorientierter Umgang und Freude am aktiven Verkauf und in der Kundenberatung
  • Vorbildfunktion für Dein Team sowie klare und transparente Kommunikation

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Führungserfahrung - Leidenschaft für die Arbeit mit Menschen und erste Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung im Handel (Groß- oder Einzelhandel)
  • Fachkenntnis - Abgeschlossene Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung im Einzelhandel oder in einem technischen Beruf
  • Kommunikationstalent - Teamplayer mit Kommunikation auf Augenhöhe
  • Kundenmagnet - Hohe Kundenorientierung sowie Erfahrung im Verkauf
  • Technikaffinität - Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (vorzugsweise mit SAP)
