  • Ihre Aufgaben
  • Verantwortlich für die strategische Planung und operative Umsetzung der Vertriebsaktivitäten
  • Identifikation neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten und Märkte zur Steigerung des Umsatzes und der Marktanteile
  • Pflege und Ausbau von Beziehungen zu Kund:innen sowie Akquise neuer Kunden:innen im nationalen und internationalen Umfeld
  • Leitung und Motivation des Vertriebsteams, um die gesetzten Verkaufsziele zu erreichen
  • Erstellung und Überwachung von Vertriebsbudgets, Forecasts und Abweichungsanalysen
  • Enge Kooperation mit Marketing, Produktion und technischem Support zur Sicherstellung einer optimalen Kundenbetreuung
  • Ihre Qualifikationen
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vertrieb, idealerweise in der Metallindustrie oder einem verwandten Bereich
  • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (z. B. SAP) und MS Excel
  • Ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis und analytisches Denken zur Erstellung von Marktanalysen und Verkaufsstrategien
  • Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, sowohl intern als auch extern überzeugend aufzutreten
  • Teamorientierte Arbeitsweise und Führungsstärke, um das Vertriebsteam erfolgreich zu leiten
