## Aufgaben

  • Disziplinarische Führung der Abteilung Automation
  • Erstellung & Einhaltung der Investitions- & Budgetplanung im eigenen Bereich
  • Erstellung von Automationskonzepten für Neuprojekte inklusive Kostenabschätzung
  • Projektierung, Beschaffung & Qualifizierung von Automationsanlagen und Produktionsequipment
  • Schwachstellenanalyse, Optimier- & Effizienzsteigerung von Automationsanlagen und Produktionsequipment
  • Entwicklung & Einführung neuer Technologien für eine automatisierte, fehler- & verschwendungsfreie Fertigung
  • Planung & Umsetzung von KVP-Projekten
  • Verantwortliche Elektrofachkraft
  • CE-Beauftragter für Maschinen & Anlagen

## Qualifikation

  • Weiterbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, Automatisierungstechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Automatisierungstechnik, idealerweise im Bereich Kunststoffspritzguss
  • Erfahrung in der SPS-Programmierung (z.B. Siemens S7, TIA Portal)
  • Kenntnisse in SPS-Steuerungen, Antriebstechnik, Schaltschrankelektrik, Sicherheitstechnik und Inbetriebnahme von Anlagen
  • Erfahrung in der Inbetriebnahme, Wartung und Fehlerdiagnose an Produktionsanlagen
  • Teamfähigkeit und eigenständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
