Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Leiter Installationsprojekte & Service (m/w/d) für unsere Zentrale in Grafenrheinfeld.

Deine Aufgaben

Du möchtest Verantwortung übernehmen und Installations-, Montage- und Serviceprojekte erfolgreich steuern? Dann werde Teil unseres Teams. In dieser Schlüsselposition führst du unser Service- und Installationsteam und verantwortest die wirtschaftliche, termingerechte und qualitativ hochwertige Umsetzung unserer Projekte. Als zentrale Schnittstelle koordinierst du die Zusammenarbeit zwischen Kunden, Vertrieb, Projektmanagement, Engineering und Fertigung.

  • Führung und Einsatzplanung des Service- und Installationsteams
  • Steuerung von Installations-, Montage- und Serviceprojekten
  • Verantwortung für Termine, Qualität, Kosten und Ressourcen
  • Betreuung unserer Kunden sowie Klärung technischer und organisatorischer Themen
  • Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen, Kennzahlen und Abläufen
  • Überwachung der Wirtschaftlichkeit des Bereichs

Deine Qualifikation

  • Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Automatisierungs- oder Energietechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Alternativ: Techniker- oder Meisterabschluss mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung
  • Erfahrung in der Leitung von Montage-, Service- oder Installationsprojekten
  • Führungserfahrung und Kenntnisse im industriellen Anlagenbau, Schaltschrankbau oder in der Automatisierungstechnik
  • Unternehmerisches Denken, Entscheidungsstärke und ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung
