Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der Mitarbeiter

Koordination der Wartungen und Sicherstellung der Anlagenverfügbarkeit

Beurteilen des Zustandes und der Schadensbilder von Maschinen und Anlagen

Betreuung und Unterweisung externer Dienstleister

Arbeitsplanung und -vorbereitung sowie Koordination des Personaleinsatzes und

Fremdfirmenmanagement

Kontinuierliche Prozessverbesserung und Strategische Weiterentwicklung der

Instandhaltung

  • Ihr Profil:
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Handwerksmeister, Industriemeister Metall,

Mechatronikermeister, Techniker, Schlosser oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit

Fachrichtung Metall, Anlagen- und Maschinenbau

Mehrjährige, einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Instandhaltung bevorzugt in

einem produzierenden Industrieunternehmen

Anwendererfahrung im Bereich Hydraulik und Pneumatik wünschenswert oder Bereitschaft

zur Weiterbildung

Führungskompetenz

Leistungsbereitschaft und Eigeninitiative

Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität

Sorgfältige und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
