## Ihre Aufgaben

  • Operative und vertriebliche Verantwortung für das Küchenhaus
  • Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung des Teams
  • Steuerung von Umsatz, Ergebnis und relevanten Kennzahlen
  • Sicherstellung einer hochwertigen Kundenberatung
  • Aktive Weiterentwicklung des Standortes und der Verkaufsprozesse

## Das bringen Sie mit

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Küchenhandel bzw. Küchenfachhandel
  • Nachweisbare Führungserfahrung im Verkauf oder in einer vergleichbaren Funktion
  • Ausgeprägtes Organisationsvermögen und unternehmerisches Denken
  • Gute digitale Affinität und sicherer Umgang mit modernen Planungs- und Steuerungssystemen
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Entscheidungsfreude und ein verbindliches Auftreten
