Im Raum Berlin-Brandenburg unterstützen wir unsere Kundschaft in den Bereichen Klima-, Lüftungs-, Kälte-, Sanitär-, Heizungs- und Elektrotechnik. Unser Arbeitsalltag ist genauso facettenreich wie unser Leistungsspektrum und die Aufträge, die wir für unsere zahlreichen Kunden umsetzen dürfen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs des Kundendienstes (Wartung, Störung, Reparatur) vom Erstkontakt, über die Abwicklung bis zur Rechnungsstellung
  • Technische Beratung unserer Kunden
  • Ausarbeitung und Kalkulation von Angeboten
  • Termingerechte Ersatzteilbeschaffung
  • Koordination und Organisation von Kundendiensteinsätzen
  • Vor- und Nachbearbeitung von Aufträgen inkl. Dokumentation und Rechnungslegung

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich Heizung, Lüftung, Klima, Sanitär
  • Weiterbildung zum Techniker oder Handwerksmeister ist wünschenswert
  • Berufserfahrung im Kundendienst
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Eigenverantwortliches und selbstständiges Arbeiten
  • Sympathisches und souveränes Auftreten
  • Einsatzbereitschaft, Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität
  • Führerschein der Klasse B
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
