### Diese Aufgaben erwarten Sie:

  • Fachliche und personelle Leitung eines kleinen Laborteams
  • Überwachung und Steuerung aller laborinternen Prozesse
  • Fachliche Begleitung und Weiterentwicklung des Methodenspektrums
  • Qualitätsmanagement gemäß RiliBÄK und kontinuierliche Prozessoptimierung
  • Beschaffung und Pflege der Laborausstattung
  • Wertschätzender Umgang mit den Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern
  • Übernahme von Bereitschaftsdiensten

### Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Med. Technologin für Laboratoriumsanalytik (MTLA)
  • Längere Berufserfahrung in einem medizinischen Labor, idealerweise Erfahrung in der Leitung eines Teams
  • Zusatzqualifikationen in den Bereichen Personal und Betriebswirtschaft
  • Hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Motivation, Teamfähigkeit und sozialer Kompetenz
  • Fundierte Fachkenntnisse der analytischen Prozessabläufe und Methoden eines medizinischen Labors
  • Ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein, analytisches Denken und Handeln, Eigeninitiative sowie Belastbarkeit
