### Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Leiter Lager & Logistik (m/w/d)

### Deine Aufgaben:

Leitung, Organisation und Optimierung sämtlicher Lager- und Logistikprozesse
Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Lagerteams
Verantwortung für Warenein- und -ausgang sowie Bestandsmanagement
Planung und Koordination von Transporten – vom Paketversand bis zum Schwertransport
Abwicklung und Überwachung von Zoll- und Außenwirtschaftsprozessen
Zusammenarbeit mit Speditionen, Behörden und internen Abteilungen
Sicherstellung reibungsloser Abläufe und Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben

### Dein Profil:

Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich Lager, Logistik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Meisterausbildung, idealerweise als Logistikmeister (m/w/d), wünschenswert
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Lagerlogistik, idealerweise mit Führungsverantwortung
Gute Kenntnisse im Zoll- und Außenwirtschaftsrecht
Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP- und Lagerverwaltungssystemen
Organisationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Teamfähigkeit
Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
