Wir sind ein kleines und weltweit erfolgreiches Team in Oberteuringen-Neuhaus.

Unsere Partner (Im- und Export) sind aktuell in mehr als 60 Ländern. Die Organisation der Logistik (Land / See / Luft ) sowie die vielschichtigen Zollvorgaben sind eine interessante Herausforderung an dieser Stelle. Dies gilt auch für die permanente Verbesserung der Lagerungs-/Verpackungs-/Versandabläufe.

Dafür bieten wir eine unbefristete Vollzeitstelle als

Teamleiter Versand - Zoll - Logistik (m/w/d)

Die Aufgaben:

  • Eigenständige Organisation der Logistikpartner incl. Preisverhandlungen
  • Kontinuierliche Optimierung des Transportnetzwerkes (national und international)
  • Verantwortung für Zollprozesse incl. Anmeldung der Ausfuhren
  • Optimierung der Lager- und Verpackungsabläufe mit Budgetverantwortung
  • Anmeldung der Ausgangsfrachten über die jeweiligen Portale
  • Transportschadenmanagement
  • Aktive Mithilfe bei Verpackungsvorgängen

Ihr ideales Profil:

  • Ausbildung zum Speditionskaufmann/frau oder Logistikfachmann/frau
  • Fit im Umgang mit IT und Atlas
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse (idealerweise noch eine weitere Fremdsprache)
  • Rhetorisch gewandt, durchsetzungsstark
  • Teamplayer mit Eigeninitiative und Anpackfreude (physisch belastbar)
  • Staplerschein ist vorhanden

Wir leben eine "flache" Hierarchie mit viel Freiraum bei entsprechender Verantwortung. Unsere Vergütung ist leistungsorientiert mit stufenweiser Gehaltsentwicklung .

Wir bieten eine 36,5 Stunden-Woche : Freitag ab 12.00 ist Feierabend.
