Für unseren Montagebereich suchen wir einen Leiter (m/w/d).

Aufgaben:

  • Führung und Leitung des Montagebereichs
  • Planung und Organisation der Maschinen- und Ersatzteilmontage
  • Maschinenabnahmen; Qualitätsmanagement
  • technische Unterstützung des Vertriebs- und Servicebereichs und enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Bereich Konstruktion

Unsere Anforderungen:

  • abgeschlossene mechatronische bzw. elektrotechnische Ausbildung mit weitergehender Qualifizierung (Meister oder Techniker) oder abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium
  • Führungsstärke und Motivationsfreude
  • erste Berufserfahrungen im Maschinenbau sind von Vorteil
  • Belastbarkeit, Einsatzbereitschaft und Flexibilität zur Sicherstellungfrist- und qualitätsgerechter Kundenauslieferungen
