# Deine Aufgaben

  • Gesamtverantwortung für Montage, Installation, Inbetriebnahme und Produktion im Kontext des kundenspezifischen Sondermaschinenbau und einer Serienfertigung
  • fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der zugeordneten Mitarbeiter
  • Planung und Steuerung der Kapazitäten, Ressourcen und Fertigungsaufträge
  • Überwachung von Terminen, Kosten und Qualitätskennzahlen
  • Förderung einer leistungsorientierten, offenen und lösungsorientierten Teamkultur
  • Sicherstellung aller gesetzlichen, sicherheitsrelevanten, qualitätsbezogenen und umweltgerechten Anforderungen
  • Weiterentwicklung der Produktion im Rahmen des Qualitätsmanagements sowie Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Produktionsprozesse

# Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Maschinenbau oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung mit Meisterabschluss
  • Einschlägige Kenntnisse im Bereich Elektrotechnik
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Produktion, Montage oder Inbetriebnahme – idealerweise im Maschinen- oder Anlagenbau
  • Führungserfahrung in einem technischen Umfeld
  • Verständnis für die relevanten Sicherheitsvorschriften und Normen wie z.B. ISO 26262, ISO 9001
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und pragmatische Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Teamgeist und die Fähigkeit, in einem dynamischen Umfeld zu arbeiten
