  • Entwicklung von Lösungsarchitekturen und Präsentationskonzepten
  • Steuerung von Presales-Aktivitäten sowie Begleitung von Angeboten und
  • Ausschreibungen Verantwortung für die erfolgreiche Umsetzung von
  • Kundenprojekten Führung, Entwicklung und Koordination von Consultants
  • und Projektteams Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Sales, Kunden und weiteren
  • Stakeholdern Profil Ihr Profil Mehrjährige Erfahrung mit SAP
  • SuccessFactors Fundierte Kenntnisse insbesondere im Bereich Recruiting
  • / Recruiting Marketing / Onboarding bzw. Hire-to-Onboard Erfahrung
  • sowohl im Presales als auch in der Delivery bzw. Projektumsetzung
  • Führungserfahrung oder ausgeprägte Erfahrung in der fachlichen
  • Steuerung von Teams Sehr gutes Verständnis moderner HR-Prozesse und
  • deren Digitalisierung Souveränes Auftreten gegenüber Kunden und auf
  • Managementebene Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse Wir bieten
