Aufgabenbereich

  • Verantwortung für Qualität, Produktivität, Kosten, Liefertreue und Arbeitssicherheit in der Teilefertigung
  • Führung, Coaching und Weiterentwicklung der Führungskräfte und Teams im Shopfloor
  • Umsetzung und nachhaltige Verankerung von Lean-Management- und Shopfloor-Prinzipien
  • Analyse von Kennzahlen sowie Einleitung und Nachverfolgung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
  • Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen, Standards und KVP-Aktivitäten
  • Mitarbeit an der strategischen Weiterentwicklung des Produktionsbereichs
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit angrenzenden Bereichen wie Logistik, Qualität, Instandhaltung und Industrial Engineering

Voraussetzungen

  • Technisches Studium, Meister-, Techniker- oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in einem produzierenden Industrieunternehmen
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in Lean Management, Shopfloor Management und Prozessoptimierung
  • Ausgeprägte Führungs-, Kommunikations- und Umsetzungsstärke
  • Analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Erfahrung in der Begleitung von Veränderungsprozessen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
