## Ihre Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für Finanzbuchhaltung, Kreditoren- und Debitorenmanagement sowie Lohnbuchhaltung
  • Eingangsrechnungsprüfung, Zahlungsläufe und Mahnwesen
  • Umsatzsteuer, Monats- und Jahresabschluss in Abstimmung mit dem Steuerberater
  • Sicherstellung der Datenkonsistenz zwischen Lantek und Sage
  • Umsetzung der E-Rechnung sowie Digitalisierung und Automatisierung der Rechnungswesen-Prozesse (u. a. GoBD-konformes DMS, digitaler Rechnungseingang)
  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Rechnungswesen-Teams; Reporting an die Geschäftsführung

## Ihr Profil

  • Kaufmännisches Studium oder Ausbildung als Buchhalter/in bzw. Steuerfachangestellte/r mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im deutschen Rechnungswesen (Finanzbuchhaltung, Umsatzsteuer, Lohnsteuer); Bilanzierungserfahrung von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (idealerweise Sage) und MS Excel
  • Kenntnisse in GoBD und Datenschutz; Erfahrung mit Digitalisierungsprojekten von Vorteil
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige Arbeitsweise, Veränderungsbereitschaft und Führungskompetenz
