Aufgabenbereich

  • Gesamtverantwortung, Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Bereichs Shopfloor Lean Development.
  • Industrialisierung neuer Produkte unter Berücksichtigung der Lean-Prinzipien zusammen mit dem Team
  • Sicherstellung des ROI bei Investitionen rund um das Themenfeld Materialfluss, Line Design usw. Mitarbeit bei der Einführung von neuen Produkten; Fokus auf gesamten industriellen Prozessen entlang der internen Supply Chain (WE-Produktion-Versand)
  • Optimierung der industriellen Performance (Durchlaufzeiten, Produktivität, ...) in Zusammenarbeit mit Montage, Fertigung, Qualität, Materialwirtschaft, Einkauf, Konstruktion, Arbeitssicherheit, … entlang der gesamten internen Supply Chain
  • Werkslayoutgestaltung zur Sicherstellung einer optimierten und aufeinander abgestimmten Supply Chain
  • Lokales langfristiges Management der Kapazitäten und Aufzeigen von Engpässen als Basis für einen LTIP (Long Term Industrial Plan)
  • Implementierung von KPIs entlang der internen SC
  • Monitoring und Challengen der Supply Chain KPIs
  • Design und Optimierung der Fertigungs-, Lager- und MPH (Material Providing and Handling) Prozesse
  • Methodische und kulturelle Weiterentwicklung des Teams
  • Unterstützung bei der kulturellen Weiterentwicklung und Verankerung der Neugart Werte entlang der Supply Chain

Voraussetzungen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Operational Excellence, Industrialisierung, Industrial Engineering oder Produktion
  • Erfahrung in der Leitung und Umsetzung von Industrialisierungs- und Verbesserungsprojekten
  • Führungserfahrung sowie Kompetenz in der Weiterentwicklung von Teams und Organisationen
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Produktionssystemen, Lean-/KVP-Methoden und Performance-Steuerung (KPI) sowie grundlegendes Verständnis von Digitalisierung im Produktionsumfeld (z. B. MES)
  • Unternehmerisches Denken, bereichsübergreifende Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Umsetzungsstärke
  • Analytische und strukturierte Vorgehensweise sowie sicheres Auftreten, Kommunikations- und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Perspektivische Weiterentwicklungsmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden.
