# Ihre Aufgaben als Leiter SPS-Programmierung und Automatisierung (m/w/d)

  • Fachliche und organisatorische Führung sowie Weiterentwicklung des Automatisierungsteams
  • Planung und Steuerung von Projekten sowie Koordination externer Dienstleister
  • Entwicklung und Optimierung von SPS-Programmen mit Siemens TIA Portal, Step 7 und WinCC
  • Inbetriebnahme von Maschinen und Anlagen sowie technischer Support
  • Definition und Weiterentwicklung von Software- und Programmierstandards
  • Konzeption moderner HMI-Lösungen und Prozessdatenmanagementsysteme
  • Optimierung interner Prozesse und Mitgestaltung zukünftiger Automatisierungslösungen

# Ihr Profil als Leiter SPS-Programmierung und Automatisierung (m/w/d)

  • Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der SPS-Programmierung mit Siemens TIA Portal, Step 7 und WinCC
  • Kenntnisse in Regelungstechnik, Antriebstechnik und Maschineninbetriebnahme
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung im Sondermaschinenbau oder in der Produktionsautomatisierung
  • Erste Führungserfahrung oder Motivation, Führungsverantwortung zu übernehmen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie Reisebereitschaft
  • Analytische, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Hands-on-Mentalität und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
