IHR AUFGABENGEBIET:

  • Mitarbeit in der jeweiligen Abteilung
  • Führung und Koordination der Mitarbeiter
  • Koordination und Überwachung von Wartungsarbeiten
  • Erstellung und Organisation der Dienstpläne
  • Überwachung und Verwaltung des Techniklagers
  • Planung und Koordination von Umbauten
  • Umbau und Anpassung von Produktionslinien
  • Einhaltung und Überwachung der Hygienerichtlinien
  • Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit Lieferanten der Technikabteilung
  • Schulung und Einarbeitung des Technikpersonals
  • Übernahme von Bereitschaftsdiensten

UNSERE ANFORDERUNGEN:

  • Anerkannte Ausbildung im technischen Bereich
  • Erste oder mehrjährige Erfahrung in der fachlichen und disziplinarischen Führung von Teams
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägtes Durchsetzungsvermögen und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Hands-on-Mentalität gepaart mit strategischem Weitblick – Sie packen an, behalten aber das große Ganze im Blick
  • Zielorientiertes und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
  • Hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamfähigkeit
