  • Aufgaben ✓ Führen des Teams sowie Organisation einer effizienten Schicht- und Personaleinsatzplanung im Hallenumschlag✓ Erstellen der täglichen Mengenplanung in Abstimmung mit weiteren Ansprechpartnern✓ Analyse von Arbeitsabläufen im operativen Bereich und Einleitung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen✓ Steuerung der operativen Abläufe in der Halle mithilfe kennzahlenbasierter Messungen von Produktivität, Wirtschaftlichkeit und Qualität
  • Stärken ✓ Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position mit Mitarbeiterführung✓ Logistik / KEP Branchenerfahrung wünschenswert✓ Hohe Teamfähigkeit sowie Qualitäts- und Kundenorientierung✓ Durchsetzungsvermögen, Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit✓ Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office-Anwendungen
