  • Verantwortung für den Vertrieb Führung, Motivation und
  • Weiterentwicklung des Vertriebsteams Entwicklung und Umsetzung von
  • Markt- und Vertriebsstrategien Aktive Neukundenakquise im Innen- und
  • Außendienst Betreuung und Ausbau bestehender Kundenbeziehungen
  • Planung und Umsetzung nationaler sowie internationaler
  • Vertriebsaktivitäten Analyse von Marktpotenzialen und Identifikation
  • neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten Steuerung und Optimierung von
  • Vertriebs- und Reklamationsprozessen Enge Zusammenarbeit mit
  • angrenzenden Fachbereichen Dein Profil Mehrjährige Erfahrung im
  • Vertrieb mit Führungsverantwortung Idealerweise Branchenkenntnisse in
  • Recycling, Kreislaufwirtschaft, Rohstoffhandel oder industriellen
  • Wertstoffkreisläufen Erfahrung in der Akquise und im Ausbau von
  • Kundenbeziehungen Unternehmerisches Denken sowie hohe Eigeninitiative
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Verhandlungsgeschick und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Sicherer Umgang mit MS
  • Office Reisebereitschaft für Kundenbesuche und Geschäftsentwicklung
