  • Leite eigenverantwortlich und ergebnisorientiert die Warenbereiche Food und Non-Food und unterstütze deine Mitarbeiter bei sämtlichen Tätigkeiten

  • Gewährleiste einen optimalen Warenfluss und stelle die Verfügbarkeit der Waren sicher
  • Erstelle die Personaleinsatzplanung und sorge für einen reibungslosen Arbeitsablauf
  • Behalte deine Kennzahlen (z. B. Umsatz, Abschriften) im Blick und leite Maßnahmen für den langfristigen Erfolg des Bereichs ab

### Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung und erste Führungserfahrung wünschenswert
  • Fundierte Warenkenntnisse, Erfahrung im Einzelhandel sowie in den Bereichen Food und Non-Food erforderlich
  • Bereitschaft zu variablen Arbeitszeiten im Rahmen der Öffnungszeiten des Marktes
  • Ausgeprägte Service- und Kundenorientierung sowie lösungs- und zielorientiertes Handeln
