Dein Aufgabenbereich:

  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der Arbeitsvorbereitung sowie der World-Class-Manufacturing-Aktivitäten
  • Planung, Gestaltung und Optimierung von Arbeitsplätzen, Produktionsprozessen und Materialflüssen
  • Verantwortung für Arbeitspläne, Fertigungsstücklisten und Produktionsstandards
  • Einführung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Lean- und WCM-Methoden
  • Analyse und Optimierung von Produktivitäts-, Qualitäts- und Prozesskennzahlen
  • Durchführung von Wertstromanalysen sowie Identifikation und Umsetzung von Verbesserungspotenzialen
  • Steuerung von Kaizen-, KVP- und Shopfloor-Management-Aktivitäten
  • Unterstützung von Industrialisierungs-, Ramp-up-, Investitions- und Automatisierungsprojekten
  • Sicherstellung effizienter Produktionsabläufe hinsichtlich Qualität, Kosten und Lieferperformance
  • Leitung bereichsübergreifender Verbesserungsprojekte sowie Coaching von Führungskräften und Mitarbeitenden in Lean-Methoden

Das bringst du mit:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Produktionstechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Elektrotechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufs- und Führungserfahrung in der Arbeitsvorbereitung, im Industrial Engineering, der Produktionsplanung oder im Bereich Operational Excellence
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Gestaltung und Optimierung von Produktionsprozessen in der industriellen Serienfertigung
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung mit World Class Manufacturing (WCM), Lean Manufacturing oder vergleichbaren Produktionssystemen
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Industrial Engineering sowie in REFA-Methoden, Arbeitsdatenermittlung und Zeitwirtschaft
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Systemen vorbestimmter Zeiten (z. B. MTM) zur Analyse und Optimierung von Arbeitsabläufen
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung mit AVIX zur Erstellung, Simulation und Optimierung von Montageprozessen
  • Strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Führungs- und Kommunikationskompetenz
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
