  • Du führst fachlich und disziplinarisch deine Mitarbeitenden aus dem Bereich der Assistenz
  • Du koordinierst Termine unter Berücksichtigung eines effizienten Ressourceneinsatzes
  • Du prüfst Leistungsnachweise, Aufträge und Rechnungen
  • Du arbeitest neue Mitarbeitende aus den Teams der medizinischen Assistenz ein
  • Du erstellst Reportings in SAP
  • Das bringst du mit
  • Du hast eine medizinische Ausbildung (medizinische:r Fachangestellte:r, Krankenpfleger o.Ä.) erfolgreich absolviert
  • Du konntest bereits Führungserfahrung sammeln
  • Du kennst wünschenswerterweise die Welt der Arbeitsmedizin
  • Du hast betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse und eine Affinität zu Zahlen
  • Du bist kundenorientiert, besitzt ein hohes Maß an Organisationsgeschick und Sorgfalt und arbeiten sehr selbstständig
  • Du bist vertraut im Umgang mit MS Office und SAP
  • Du bist wegweisend bei der Weiterentwicklung der BG prevent Systemdienstleistung und lebst gesunde Führung durch Vertrauen, Entwicklung und Wertschätzung
