Unser Team freut sich auf:
mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Beauty- oder Wellnessbereich in einer Führungsposition
abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Kosmetik oder Massage
Führungskompetenz, Organisationstalent und Freude daran, ein Team weiterzuentwickeln
Erfahrung mit Hotel- und SPA-Planungstools, idealerweise TAC
hervorragende Umgangsformen, gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild und positive Ausstrahlung
höchste Ansprüche an Qualität, Sauberkeit und Hygiene sowie ein Auge fürs Detail
hohe Motivation, Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein
Dein Bereich in unserem Team:
Verantwortung für den gesamten Beauty-, SPA- und Wellnessbereich
Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung des Beauty- und Wellnessteams
Personaleinsatz- und Dienstplanung sowie Organisation und Koordination aller Abläufe
Sicherstellung einer herzlichen und professionellen Gästebetreuung auf höchstem Niveau
Verantwortung für Terminkoordination, Behandlungsabläufe und eine optimale Auslastung
Sicherstellung und Kontrolle unserer Qualitäts-, Hygiene- und Sicherheitsstandards
