Der Bereich Selbsthilfe Körperbehinderter Mittelmosel e.V. ist ein gemeinnütziger Verein, der sich behinderungsübergreifend für die Gleichstellung, Selbstbestimmung und Teilhabe von Menschen mit Behinderungen und chronischen Erkrankungen einsetzt.

Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt – zunächst befristet bis zum 31.12.2029 – eine\*n

*(16 Std./Woche, EUTB® Brauneberg)*

Die Ergänzende unabhängige Teilhabeberatung (EUTB®) ist ein niedrigschwelliges Beratungs- und Unterstützungsangebot zur Stärkung der Selbstbestimmung von Menschen mit Behinderungen und von Behinderung bedrohter Menschen nach dem Prinzip des Peer Counseling – Beratung von Betroffenen für Betroffene.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Leitung von zwei Berater\*innen und einer Verwaltungsfachkraft
  • Kontrolle der Mittelverwaltung
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller für EUTB‑Träger geltenden Rechtsvorschriften
  • Beratung von Menschen mit Behinderungen und deren Angehörigen zu allen Fragen der Teilhabe
  • Bei Bedarf Begleitung der Ratsuchenden zu Teilhabegesprächen, Ämtern und anderen Beratungsstellen sowie aufsuchende Arbeit
  • Vernetzung und Kooperation mit relevanten Akteur\*innen, z. B. Beratungsstellen, Kostenträgern, Leistungserbringern

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Pädagogik, Sozialpädagogik, Heilpädagogik, Psychologie oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen/Erfahrungen
  • Kenntnisse im Sozialrecht sowie eigene Erfahrungen bei der Durchsetzung von Rechten von Menschen mit Behinderungen
  • Führungskompetenzen
  • Kenntnisse der Angebotslandschaft für Menschen mit Behinderungen
  • Wünschenswert: Ex‑In‑ oder Peer‑Counseling‑Ausbildung
  • Beratungserfahrung und empathischer Umgang mit Ratsuchenden
  • Teamfähigkeit, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägtes Einfühlungsvermögen
