Ihre Aufgaben

  • Gewährleistung eines reibungslosen Produktionsablaufes in der Konditorei hinsichtlich Qualität und Quantität
  • Führung, Motivation und Begeisterung des zugehörigen Mitarbeiterteams
  • Aktive Mitarbeit im Produktionsprozess
  • Abteilungsübergreifende Vernetzung sowie kontinuierlicher Austausch mit den Führungskräften in der Produktion
  • Optimierung von Rezepturen sowie Weiterentwicklung der Produkte

Ihre Qualifikationen

  • Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Konditor (m/w/d) oder Bäcker (m/w/d), idealerweise mit Meistertitel
  • Erste praktische Führungserfahrung in der Konditorei oder Feinbäckerei
  • Ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Erfahrung in operativen Produktionsprozessen
  • Eine vorausschauende Denkweise mit Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Kommunikative Art und eine teamorientierte sowie wertschätzende Arbeitsweise
