## IHRE AUFGABEN:

  • unsere soziale Betreuung leiten und organisieren
  • durch therapeutische Maßnahmen die Lebensqualität unserer Bewohner steigern und deren Alltagsleben verbessern
  • verloren gegangene Kompetenzen unserer Bewohner mit individueller Anleitung wieder aufleben lassen
  • individuelle Betreuungs- und Beschäftigungsangebote für unsere Bewohner durchführen
  • Veranstaltungen für unsere Bewohner organisieren

## IHR PROFIL:

  • eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft (Altenpfleger oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger) und eine Weiterbildung zur gerontopsychiatrischen Fachkraft
  • alternativ eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Ergotherapie
  • Freude an konzeptionellem Arbeiten
  • Organisationstalent, Entscheidungsfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Teamgeist
