Leitung des Stadtbauamts (m/w/d)

Sie möchten die Zukunft unserer Stadt aktiv mitgestalten? Als Leitung des Stadtbauamtes übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für kommunale Bauprojekte, führen engagierte Teams (Stadtbauamt, Bauhof und Freibad) und arbeiten eng mit Gemeinderat, Behörden und Einwohnerinnen und Einwohnern zusammen.

Wir suchen eine Persönlichkeit mit einem abgeschlossenen Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen oder Architektur, idealerweise mit Berufserfahrung im kommunalen Umfeld sowie Führungs- und Organisationstalent.

Wir bieten Ihnen eine verantwortungsvolle Führungsposition, eine Vergütung nach TVöD (EG 12), flexible Arbeitszeiten, attraktive Fortbildungsmöglichkeiten sowie einen sicheren Arbeitsplatz im öffentlichen Dienst.
