Ihre Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für den Einkauf (ca. 60 Mio. € Volumen)
  • Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung aller Einkaufsprozesse
  • Lieferantenauswahl, -entwicklung und Vertragsverhandlungen
  • Sicherstellung von Kosten, Qualität und Lieferfähigkeit
  • Führung eines Teams mit 5 Mitarbeitenden
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Qualität und SCM

  • Weiterentwicklung bestehender Strukturen mit Blick auf Stabilität und Effizienz
  • Schrittweiser Ausbau Ihres Handlungsspielraums im Unternehmen

Ihr Profil

  • Führungserfahrung im Einkauf eines Industrieunternehmens
  • Erfahrung im Automotive-Umfeld oder vergleichbare Industrie (Qualitätsanforderungen wie IATF)
  • Praxis in Lieferantensteuerung und Einkauf von Produktionsmaterialien
  • Sicher im Umgang mit SAP
  • Fähigkeit, operativ und strategisch gleichermaßen zu agieren
  • Verhandlungssicher in Deutscher und Englischer Sprache, schriftlich wie mündlich
  • Über uns als Personalvermittlung
