Du verantwortest das FTTH-Baulosportfolio der Region Nord und dessen erfolgreiche Umsetzung.

Du steuerst und koordinierst Baufirmen, externe Partner sowie die Zusammenarbeit mit Gemeinden und Behörden.

Du stellst die Einhaltung von Terminen, Budgets, Qualitätsstandards und Richtlinien sicher.

Du verantwortest den nachhaltigen Erfolg der Ausbaugebiete hinsichtlich Zeit, Kosten, Qualität und Vermarktungsfähigkeit.

Du erkennst Risiken frühzeitig und steuerst Eskalationen wirksam.

Du stellst Transparenz über Fortschritt, Qualität und Zielerreichung sicher.

Du identifizierst und implementierst Optimierungspotenziale in Prozessen und technische Innovationen.

Dein Profil

Wirtschaftliches Verständnis und technisches Knowhow im FFTH-Umfeld

Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung

Erfahrung im Projekt-, Programm- oder Portfoliomanagement, idealerweise im Telekommunikation- Bau- oder Infrastrukturumfeld

Erfahrung in der Steuerung komplexer Stakeholder- und Partnernetzwerke

Lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hohe Entscheidungs- und Umsetzungsstärke

Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeit

Für diese Position bieten wir ein Jahresbruttogehalt ab EUR 95.000 (All-In, 40 h/Woche) inklusive 10% variablem Anteil. Zusätzlich stellen wir ein Firmenfahrzeug mit Privatnutzung zur Verfügung.
