Leitung Housekeeping (m/w/d) – Vollzeit

  • Der Linslerhof ist ein familiengeführtes Hotel mit rund 60 Zimmern, Restaurant und Veranstaltungsbereich in einzigartiger historischer Umgebung. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine engagierte Housekeeping-Leitung, die Verantwortung übernimmt und Qualität mit Wirtschaftlichkeit verbindet.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Führung und Einsatzplanung des Housekeeping-Teams
  • Sicherstellung hoher Sauberkeits- und Qualitätsstandards
  • Organisation und Kontrolle der täglichen Zimmerreinigung
  • Verantwortung für effiziente Abläufe, Materialeinsatz und Kosten
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den anderen Abteilungen

Ihr Profil

  • Erfahrung im Housekeeping, idealerweise in leitender Position
  • Organisationstalent, Qualitätsbewusstsein und wirtschaftliches Denken
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse, Französisch von Vorteil
