  • könnte ggf. eine Zulage beinhalten. Sie berichten direkt an die
  • Landrätin. Ihre Aufgaben: Weitblickende Weiterentwicklung der
  • sozialen und gesundheitlichen Infrastruktur, operative Steuerung
  • zentraler Aufgabenfelder, Leitung des Fachbereichs mit vier
  • Abteilungen, wertschätzende Führung von 175 Mitarbeitenden,
  • strategische Entscheidungsfindung und souveräne Repräsentation.
  • Anforderungen: Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im sozialen Bereich,
  • langjährige Erfahrung im Fachbereich, mehrjährige
  • Führungserfahrung, strategisches und analytisches Denken sowie starke
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeiten. Wir bieten Ihnen eine verantwortungsvolle
  • Führungsaufgabe mit großem Gestaltungsspielraum in einem dynamischen
  • Umfeld, inklusive attraktiver Fortbildungsmöglichkeiten und
  • familienfreundlicher Arbeitsbedingungen.
