Wir suchen eine engagierte Leitung (m/w/d) für unsere evangelische
Kita ‚Morgensonne‘ in Berlin-Lichtenberg, ab sofort mit 35-39,4
Stunden/Woche. Ihre Aufgaben umfassen die pädagogische,
organisatorische und personelle Leitung. Sie fördern die
Weiterentwicklung des Teams und der pädagogischen Qualität gemäß
dem Berliner Bildungsprogramm. Zudem sind Sie verantwortlich für die
Organisation des Kita-Alltags, die Zusammenarbeit mit Eltern und der
Kirchengemeinde sowie für Personalplanung und Qualitätsmanagement.
Unsere frisch sanierte Kita betreut 59 Kinder im Alter von 1-6 Jahren.
Ein motiviertes Team erwartet eine Leitung, die mit Herz und neuen
Ideen Impulse setzt. Qualifikationen: - Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als
Erzieher*in oder vergleichbare Qualifikation - Mehrjährige
Berufserfahrung, idealerweise mit Leitungserfahrung - Kenntnisse des
Berliner Bildungsprogramms - Führungskompetenz und
Kommunikationsstärke - Offenheit für religionspädagogische Ansätze
