  • Für eine wunderschöne, sehr beliebte und top ausgestattete Kita im Großraum Gütersloh, suchen wir eine Leitung (m/w/d). Die Kita bietet sowohl Mitarbeiterkindern des Familienunternehmens als auch ortsansässigen Kindern insgesamt 30 Betreuungsplätze in zwei kleinen, altersgemischten Gruppen mit jeweils 15 Kindern (U3, Ü3). Die Position wird neu geschaffen und ist unbefristet.

  • Übernimmt zum einem Leitungsaufgaben (15 Std./Woche) und engagiert sich ebenso als pädagogische
  • Fachkraft in den Gruppen.
  • Führt ein Team aus 4 Erzieherinnen und 3 Auszubildenden.
  • HAUPTAUFGABEN
  • Steuerung aller im organisatorischen und pädagogischen Tagesgeschäft anfallenden Aufgaben
  • Mitgestaltung der zweigruppigen Kindertageseinrichtung
  • Förderung der individuellen Entwicklung aller Kinder sowie Mitarbeit im Gruppendienst
  • Planung und Gestaltung gemeinsamer Aktionen, Feste und Feiern
  • Pädagogischer und organisatorischer Austausch mit den Kolleg:innen (Personalführung, Dienst- und
  • Urlaubsplanung)
  • Sicherung der transparenten und partnerschaftlichen Zusammenarbeit mit Eltern und externen Partnern
  • Begleitung von Auszubildenden, Praktikanten und neuen Mitarbeitenden
