Für unsere Konditorei suchen wir eine engagierte Leitung Konditorei (m/w/d) , die mit handwerklichem Können, Kreativität und Organisationstalent für besondere Genussmomente sorgt und gemeinsam mit dem Team unsere hohen Qualitätsansprüche lebt.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Als Leitung unserer Konditorei übernehmen Sie die fachliche und organisatorische Verantwortung für Ihren Bereich. Dabei gehören insbesondere folgende Aufgaben zu Ihrem Arbeitsalltag:

  • Führung und Organisation des Konditorei-Teams
  • Übernahme organisatorischer Aufgaben und Koordination der Arbeitsabläufe
  • Bestellung und bedarfsgerechte Planung von Waren
  • Herstellung von Torten, Gebäck und Pralinen
  • kreative Umsetzung individueller Kundenwünsche, insbesondere bei der Gestaltung und Herstellung von Torten
  • fachgerechte Bedienung und Kontrolle von Öfen, Maschinen und Geräten
  • Sicherstellung und Kontrolle unserer hohen Qualitätsstandards
  • Einhaltung der geltenden Arbeits-, Sicherheits- und Hygienestandards
  • Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung von Arbeitsabläufen und Rezepturen
  • eigenverantwortliches und qualitätsbewusstes Arbeiten

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Konditor/in
  • idealerweise eine Weiterbildung zum/zur Konditormeister/in – diese ist jedoch keine Voraussetzung
  • Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung
  • Freude daran, genussvolle Ideen kreativ und handwerklich hochwertig umzusetzen
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und handwerkliches Geschick
  • eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität
  • grundlegende EDV-Kenntnisse
