Leitung Küchenstudio (m/w/d)

  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Verantwortung für die personelle, organisatorische und kaufmännische Leitung der Küchenabteilung
  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung, sowie Weiterentwicklung des Teams
  • Schulung neuer und bestehender Mitarbeiter:innen
  • Sicherstellung von Umsatz- und Kalkulationszielen
  • Verkaufssteuerung sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem zentralen Einkauf zur attraktiven Sortimentsgestaltung
  • Überwachung, Inventur und Optimierung der Lagerbestände
  • Ihre Qualifikationen:
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung oder Studium
  • Berufserfahrung im B2C Vertrieb
  • Nachweisbare Führungserfahrung und Freude an der Leitung eines Teams (wünschenswert)
  • Hands-on-Mentalität, Eigeninitiative
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Teamorientierung
  • Attraktives Fixgehalt
